Project Description

Home

You are asked to explain how you would teach a specific unit from an academic area, e.g., The Causes of the American Revolution, from American History on the Internet.  You are to explain how you would address those units in the reading that you feel are the most important.  However, you are being asked  how you would address those units in ways that we are not currently addressing them.

You are not doing objectives, time lines, or lesson plans.  You are commenting on how to structure a specific course to be mediated through the Internet.

The project is based on what your practice should be, based on the class readings.  Feel free to address pitfalls that must be avoided as long as you explain how you would avoid them.  Complaining without a solution will take away points.  You will be judged on your solutions' merit.  You are not constrained by ECOT's present structure. You are free to create a realistic situation in which to operate.   Calvin (Calvin and Hobbes comic strip) created a reality in which Spaceman Biff operated.  I would not go to this point of distorting reality.

Your projects need a group name as author and your project needs a descriptive  title.  The length of the project is to be long enough to cover the subject but short enough to keep the readers' attention.   The subtopics need to have a heading.

There will a forum posted to ask questions and share ideas.
